SEA WOLD II : Adventures in Lost Lagoon

After walking around in the SCORCHING Texas heat, we (Micah and children) decided to brave the unknown waters of Lost Lagoon. It's quite difficult for me to ignore the floating particles of yuk, but I'm working very hard to overcome my disgust. Let me tell you, the waters at Sea World's Lost Lagoon are home to LOTS and LOTS of yuk. HUNDREDS of people, little and VERY BIG, are sharing this experience with ya - funny how I see no lines at the bathroom. eeewww!!!There are many attractions in the Lagoon - lazy river, wave pool, gigantic slide rides, etc... However, my children were drawn immediately to this attraction - THE SPLASH ATTACK! It's a huge tower to climb with all sorts of fun things to do. very shallow waters - perfect for the wee ones!
The kiddos jumped right into the mix and enjoyed every minute of the yuk! Levers to pull, huge water guns, ropes to swing on, see saws, squirting whales to ride and friends to splash. What more could you ask for?

You can see them fading fast. They decided to take a break and crab around in the yuk!
Eventually, the fun comes to an end. We had a big day at Sea Wold! Now for the five mile walk to the car. The kids were asleep in their seats before we got out of the parking lot. All in all, it was a great time! Hope you thought so too, Dad! Love ya!
